Happy New Year and welcome to 2024 everyone!

Around the end of each year and as we approach a new year I like to sit down and take time to think about what I want to do for each year. For me I try to include several areas of my life including family, fitness, faith, etc. Included in this year’s goals for me was what I want to do with Think MedTek (This is what I am naming the culmination of my media posts as an entity).

My goals can be broken down into 3 areas. What I want to continue doing and to improve, what media I am launching this year, and what behind the scenes things I will be doing to improve Think MedTek.

What I am Continuing and Improving for 2024

1. The Weekly News Posts every Monday
2. A LinkedIn Post every Wednesday
3. Blog Post every Thursday
4. Fun Fact LinkedIn Post every Friday

With each of these goals I want to be more consistent than I was in 2023 and I also want to improve the quality of my writing

What I am Launching in 2024

1. Launching of a Newsletter at the end of January 2024
2. Release of a Podcast at the end of March 2024
3. Release of a YouTube video series at the end of June 2024
4. Release of an eBook by the end of the year

I am looking to launch each of these to add to the library of content throughout the year. I am especially excited to be working on launching my first eBook.

What I am doing behind the scenes in 2024

1. Building the Think MedTek brand.
2. Rebuilding the website
3. Finishing up a business plan
4. Looking to partner and network with others in the MedTech industry

With the launch of the Think MedTek brand, I am wanting to continue building the branding and making tweaks along the way. I am looking to create a logo and building a library of materials for branding. This will then affect how I am changing the website. I also want finish a draft of the business plan. While a business plan is truly never complete, I want to have a more solid foundation then I have already built. Finally I want to continue building my network and find people to partner with to help expand Think MedTek.

These goals will help take Think MedTek to a new level.
